How do I schedule a portrait session with you?

You can book a session by submitting an inquiry form or scheduling through the "Book Now" page.

Can you provide hair and makeup services for the photo shoot?

Yes! I work with talented professional hair, makeup artists, and/or stylist to enhance your look. This can be arranged as part of your package.

Can I choose the location for my portrait session?

Absolutely! We can discuss location options during the consultation to ensure it aligns with your vision.

Can I request specific retouching or editing styles for my images?

Yes, I welcome your input on the editing process. During the consultation, we can discuss your preferences and tailor the editing style to match your vision.

Do you provide digital files, and can I use them for personal or commercial purposes?

Yes, digital files are included in some packages, and you will receive a print release in the Photoshoot Agreement Form. Commercial usage may require additional licensing.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

It depends on the day and my schedule, but typically you can extend the session the day of with $50 per additional hour to the original package price to compensate for the extension.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I aim to accommodate my clients as much as possible. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible through email: thepearlphotography.info@gmail.com

I allow one complimentary rescheduling if notice is given at more than 3 days before the scheduled session. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee.

Cancellation more than 15 days before the date of the shoot: 100% refund
Cancellation within 7 days before the date of the shoot: 50% refund
Cancellation within 3 days before the date of the shoot: No refund is offered

This cancellation policy is designed to compensate for the time and resources dedicated to preparing for the session.

Will there be a second shooter at weddings?

There is an option for a second photographer included in the wedding packages. Contact me for more information on wedding packages and the features they come with.
